Today, in fifth hour, East High School experienced what Ms. Bowman called a “Brown Out.”
“It’s not an outage, it’s just a little bit of power. This is the exact thing that will burn out all kinds of appliances…it will fry [them] when it comes back on.”
As of now, Bowman is unsure of whether this will affect our school computers, “It has a possibility to do that.”
Mr. Rudolph speculated that maybe one of the breakers went out but admitted, “I’m not an electrition so I don’t know.”
He continues, saying we will most likely have school in this case, “We have generators so all of the essential functions, the toilets and water fountains, all of those are good.”
